Sport - Walking Running

Walkers have less incidence of cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and other killer diseases. They live longer and get mental health and spiritual benefits.

Running and walking are two of the easiest ways to keep fit. It's easier than riding a bike and you don't need any equipment. Everyone knows that fitness is very important to maintaining health. And walking or running give you two easy ways to do it.

You don't have to walk fast or "power walk" to gain the benefits of walking. So now there's no excuse. Find a nearby walking track, grab a walking or running partner (if you are so inclined), and walk to it.
